IS4TS provides integrated support to training and test ranges, including:

• Range logistics and material management : Planning, sourcing, and delivering tools, consumables, and spare parts required to operate and maintain training        ranges and ground systems.
• Spare parts provisioning and obsolescence solutions: Supplying aviation and ground system components, managing lead times, and offering alternatives            for hard-to-find parts to keep training equipment operational.
• Support to live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) exercises: Coordinating material and equipment in support of live-fire, simulator, and blended exercises,                  aligned with warfighter readiness requirements.
• Training instrumentation and data support: Sourcing and supporting instrumentation and data-collection hardware used for after-action review and                        performance analysis. 
• Exercise planning and deployment support: Logistics planning for pre-deployment, on-range operations, and redeployment of assets used during training              events
